Each room has its own equipment: independent kitchen – mosquito nets – safe – wifi – radiators – air conditioning – and much more.

In the corridor you can find a library with many books in different languages.

Upstairs you can find the reception and our outdoor relaxation area, with panoramic views of the center of Peschici and the sea. Here you can sunbathe, read a book and enjoy the sunset, or spend your evenings in a completely quiet and private way.

All the comforts here respect the environment. The “green” structure is equipped with thermal insulation from hot and cold, photovoltaic panels that produce electricity and hot water, and bins for the separate collection.

The structure is located in the center of the town in a reserved area, easy to access and far from restricted traffic areas. You will find free street parking, paid municipal parking or private parking a few meters from the property.

The main shops and offices are all within walking distance, as well as the historic center and the tourist area.

The main beach is only a 10-minute walk away, but you can also get there by car or shuttle bus. The other beautiful beaches can all be reached by car or bus in a few minutes.
